Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Time Frame: Returns or exchange requests must be made within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after this time frame cannot be processed.
Condition of Items: The produce must be in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept items that have been consumed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) must be provided to process the return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 1 day of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.
Review and Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours. If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Return the Product: If instructed, return the product to the specified address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 1 day after delivery.
Additional Information
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per our policy.
